Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati važnost upravljanja kvalitetom u svakokm pogledu, uključujući i predstavljajući certifikate koje organizacija posjeduje. Također je bitno i obratiti pažnju na zadovoljstvo gostiju i djelatnika te na kontinuirano unapređenje organizacije i njezine procese. Najvažnije je da se postignu određeni ciljevi i da gosti budu zadovoljni sa kompletnom uslugom i kvalitetom organizacije koju oni pružaju, te na kraju krajeva da se ti gosti vrate.
