Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je odgovornost upravitelja infrastrukture i željezničkog prijevoznika za sigurnost željezničkog sustava. U ovome radu govorit će se o osobinama i karakteristikama željezničkih sustava te će se pojasniti važnost i djelokrug odgovornosti koju upravitelji infrastrukture i željeznički prijevoznici imaju prema ostalim sudionicima u ovome sustavu. Također, u radu će se prikazati i pojasniti zakonska, odnosno pravna regulativa koja određuje pitanje sigurnosti u željezničkim sustavima, te će se navesti neke prijedloge, ideje i postojeće slučajeve modernih implementacija koje povećavaju sigurnost željezničkih sustava.
