Abstract
Tema ovoga završnog rada je dati pregled tematskog područja upravljanja odnosima s klijentima (engl. CRM – Customer Relationship Management). Kroz završni rad definiran je pojam CRM, njegov povijesni razvoj, opisani su njegovi dijelovi i funkcionalnosti. Dan je pregled tipova ovakvih sustava te način implementacije. Praktično analizirajući CRM softvere Contactually i Cloze opisani su nedostatci i prednosti istih.
