Abstract
Temeljni cilj ovog rada je upoznavanje sa pojmom upravljanja odnosima s klijentima, odnosno CRM-om, njegovom svrhom i samim radom u CRM softveru. U radu je detaljno objašnjen pojam CRM-a, kao i sam CRM softver, te njegov cijeli razvoj kroz povijest. Navedene su osnovne vrste softvera, te vrste podataka koje CRM koristi. Također, spomenuti su i osnovni pojmovi za bolje shvaćanje i snalaženje u takvim alatima. U drugom dijelu rada detaljno su opisana dva odabrana CRM softvera, Hubspot i Nimble, kroz primjere korištenja. Na kraju su uspoređeni prema tehničkim specifikacijama, te funkcionalnostima koje svaki moderni CRM sustav današnjice treba posjedovati.
