Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je istražiti odnos zaposlenika prema sigurnosti na radu u poduzeću Lož Metalpres d.o.o. Plešce. U radu se sustavno objašnjava pojam zaštite na radu i njegova zakonska regulativa. Nastoji se pojasniti pojam i vrste kulture sigurnosti te analizirati odnos zaposlenika prema sigurnosti u odabranom poduzeću. Prethodno je predstavljeno poduzeće Lož Metalpres te opisan način provedbe mjera i pravila sigurnosti na radu. Među zaposlenicima poduzeća (njih 46 je ispunilo anketni upitnik) ispitan je stav zaposlenika prema stručnjaku sigurnosti na radu te odnos zaposlenika prema sigurnosti na radu. Rezultati su pokazali da se zaposlenici osjećaju sigurno u poduzeću, te da su zaposlenici svjesni razine sigurnosti na radu i ocjenjuju ulogu stručnjaka na radu veoma bitnom.
