Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je uvid u isplativost ulaganja u obiteljski dom za starije. U početku rada naveden je predmet poslovanja kao i kategorizacija domova za starije i nemoćne. Provedena je analiza ponude i potražnje i analiza trenutnog broja ustanova za starije i nemoćne te potreba za otvaranjem novih. Također su anonimno anketirani ispitanici kako bi se saznalo koliko su upoznati sa ustanovama za starije i nemoćne te kakvo je njihovo mišljenje o samima. U zadnjem dijelu rada detaljno se prikazuju svi aspekti koji su potrebni da bi se otkrila isplativost ulaganja u obiteljski dom za starije.
