Abstract
Analiza poslovanja poduzeća provodi se na temelju financijskih izvještaja. Na temelju provedene analize poslovanja KD Autotrolej donesena je ocjena boniteta. Vidljivo je da poduzeće ima problema sa likvidnošću i solventnošću. Postoji manjak vlastitih izvora financiranja i preveliki udio tuđih izvora financiranja što dovodi do nelikvidnosti i opasnosti od insolventnosti. Problem je vidljiv i kod odstupanja od osnovnih načela i pravila financiranja. Poduzeće ne primjenjuje osnovna pravila i načela financiranja te je uočeno značajno odstupanje od zlatnog bankarskog i zlatnog bilančnog pravila te ostalih pravila i načela financiranja.
