Abstract
Klinički bolnički centar Rijeka utemeljen je 1. ožujka 1982. i jedan je od pet kliničkih bolničkih centara u Hrvatskoj. Specifični je korisnik Državnog proračuna budući obavlja djelatnost temeljem ugovornog odnosa sa Hrvatskim zavodom za zdravstveno osiguranje iz kojeg ostvaruje cca 95 % prihoda za pružanje zdravstvene zaštite, medicinskih usluga građanima. U radu je analiziran način blagajničkog poslovanja Kliničkog bolničkog centra Rijeka kao proračunskog korisnika te su predočeni svi zakonski okviri kojima je regulirano poslovanje Kliničkog bolničkog centra Rijeka. Nadalje, predočene su specifičnosti poslovnih događaja proračunskih korisnika u zdravstvu kao i ustroj Službe računovodstva unutar Kliničkog bolničkog centra Rijeka. U radu su istaknute posebnosti blagajničkog poslovanja i mogućnosti unaprjeđenja blagajničkog poslovanja KBC-a Rijeka.
