Abstract
Završni rad na temu „Kvaliteta usluge u obiteljskim poduzećima“ započinje pojmovnim određenjem kvalitete. Zašto je bitna kvaliteta usluge u obitelji? Što su to obiteljska poduzeća? Koja je njihova važnost i značaj u današnjem svijetu ekonomije? Zašto se obiteljska poduzeća sve više šire i postaju temelj budućnosti? U radu će se pokušati dati odgovori i objašnjenja na ta pitanja te uvid u najvažnije teme i strukture tog širokog i bitnog pojma u svijetu poslovanja. U prvom dijelu, rad se bavi problematikom kvalitete i upravljanja kvalitetom, pojmovnom determinacijom i tipologijom kvalitete te različitim modelima upravljanja. U drugom, trećem i četvrtom dijelu naglasak je na značenju obiteljskih poduzeća u svijetu te značajkama unutar samih obiteljskih poduzeća (interesi, životni ciklus, konflikti i nasljeđivanje) koji su uvelike ovisni o samoj kvaliteti proizvoda i usluga. Također, objasnit će se faze razvoja poslovne obitelji ali i ukazati na nužne promjene u upravljačkoj strukturi svake obitelji uslijed smjene generacija u budućnosti.
