Abstract
Kako u osobnom, tako i u poslovnom životu poduzetnika i menadžera, emocije imaju neminovno važnu ulogu, upravo iz razloga jer utječu na menadžera odnosno poduzetnika i njihovo funkcioniranje u poslovnom životu. Posao menadžera odnosno poduzetnika spada u najstresnije poslove što se odražava na njihovoj emocionalnoj strani gdje je nužno znati upravljati emocijama odnosno odvojiti pozitivne od negativnih emocija. Ukoliko menadžer uspješno upravlja emocijama može donijeti niz pozitivnih odluka, ispravnih misli i odluka te lucidno djelovati u određenim poslovnim situacijama.
