Abstract
U radu se istraţuju etičke (ne)pravilnosti kod zapošljavanja i cilj mu je ukazati na probleme koje uvjetuju ili produbljuju neetički postupci. Kao glavni problemi izdvajaju se problem nezaposlenosti, odnosno u novije vrijeme problemi manje zaposlenosti i problem odljeva mozgova. Hrvatsku godišnje napušta preko 30 tisuća radno sposobnih ljudi. Sukladno tome, u radu se elaboriraju mjere aktivne politike zapošljavanja čiji je cilj rješavanje gorućih problema hrvatskog gospodarstva. Vrlo često zbog neetičkih postupaka kod zapošljavanja ove mjere ne daju ţeljene rezultate. To je razlog da se na kraju rada ukazuje na brojne praktične primjere neetičkih postupaka kod zapošljavanja.
