Abstract
Pojavom civilizacije javlja se i poduzetništvo koje ima bitan značaj u gospodarstvu i društvu. Poduzetništvo se definira kao skupina zadataka kojom se bavi pojedinac ili skupina osoba. Za poduzetnike, ulazak u poduzetništvo je ozbiljan poduhvat u koji se mnogi upuštaju zbog prednosti koje samo poduzetništvo nudi. Najučestalije prednosti su preuzimanje kontrole nad vlastitom sudbinom, mogućnost mijenjanja stvari, ostvarivanje neograničenih profita, priznatost u društvu, kreativnost, te na kraju krajeva, raditi stvari koje volite. U ovom radu prikazati će se informacije vezane za obrt, proces otvaranja obrta te kroz primjer prikazati poslovanje paušalnog obrta. Cilj svakog poduzetnika je ostvarivanje profita te biti solventan i likvidan. Kako bi mogli predvidjeti rizike i izazove potrebno je napraviti poslovni plan u kojem su detaljno razrađena ulaganja sa zaključnom ocjenom projekata.
