Abstract
U centru politike država članica Europske unije nalazi se poduzetništvo i njegov razvoj. 99,7% poduzeća 2015. godine u Hrvatskoj čine mala i srednja poduzeća, koja definiraju Zakon o računovodstvu i Zakon o poticanju malog gospodarstva. Rad se bavi prikazom poslovanja i posebnostima poslovanja srednjeg poduzeća Dalmont d.o.o., koji se kao koncesionar na Brodogradilištu Kraljevica, bavi izgradnjom novih brodova te remontom postojećih. Specifičnost poslovanja očituje se u tome što je za gospodarsko iskorištavanje ovog pomorskog dobra potrebna koncesija koju je Dalmont d.o.o. temeljem Vlade RH i sklapanjem ugovora s Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture dobio 2014. godine. Dalmont d.o.o. poslove obavlja i u drugim brodogradilištima poput Viktora Lenca i Lošinjske plovidbe. Jahta „Joy me“ samo je jedan od primjera uspjeha Dalmonta d.o.o. i Brodogradilišta Kraljevica.
