Abstract
Statistika je važna u mnogim područjima ljudskog djelovanja. Koristi se za prikupljanje i analiziranje podataka s ciljem pronalaženja zakonitosti o masovnim pojavama. Računala se koriste u svim fazama statističke djelatnosti, od prikupljanja i analize, do prezentiranja podataka. PSPP je program za statističku analizu podataka. Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati primjenu računalnog programa PSPP u statističkoj analizi podataka. Pri tome je naglasak stavljen na primjenu korelacijske i regresijske analize. U tu su svrhu korišteni podaci o kvaliteti usluge i zadovoljstvu studenata.
