Abstract
Provedeno je istraživanje inovativnih sigurnosnih sustava za Ford vozila čija je funkcija spriječiti prometne nesreće ili ublažiti njihove posljedice. U radu su definirani aktivni i pasivni čimbenici sigurnosti vozila pri njihovu sudjelovanju u prometu. Opisana je komunikacija vozilo – vozilo te vozilo – infrastruktura te utjecaj čovjeka na samu vožnju. Prikazani su sustavi zaštite pješaka koji predstavljaju nove trendove na tržištu. Dan je i prikaz funkcioniranja inteligentnih sustava stabilnosti kod Ford vozila. Ukazana je opasnost od nepravilnosti djelovanja sustava te su navedeni neki slučajevi prometnih nesreća s autonomnim vozilima na autocestama SAD-a. U radu su korištene metode promatranja, analize i sinteze kako bi se ustanovila hipoteza da Ford vozila uspješno koriste aktivnu i pasivnu tehnologiju za smanjivanje prometnih nesreća.
