Abstract
Poduzeće, kako bi uspješno poslovalo treba imati razvijenu komunikaciju sa svojim poslovnim partnerima i potrošačima. Komunikacija može biti organizirana na razne načine. Jedan od načina komunikacije je oglašavanje svojih proizvoda i usluga. Pri tome se postepeno stvara i imidž poduzeća te razvoj pojedinog brenda. Prilikom oglašavanja potrebno je pratiti efekte koji se postižu određenim ulaganjima pa se na taj način i upravlja oglašavanjem umjesto da se oglašavanje prepusti slučaju. Tako poduzeće usmjerava komunikaciju i postiže svoje ciljeve. Na primjeru poduzeća Zagrebačke pivovare prikazano je oglašavanje u smislu stvaranja i približavanja brenda „Ožujsko pivo“ svojim potrošačima. Unatoč proizvodu koji spada u alkoholna pića Zagrebačka pivovara koristi se prilikom oglašavanja elementima društveno-odgovornog poslovanja, etikom te kroz svoje projekte prati efekte i reakciju potrošača.
