Abstract
Rad se sastoji od osam poglavlja. U prvom dijelu opisati će se opća i službena definicija kvalitete te razvoj kvalitete kroz povijest. U nastavku će se govoriti o integriranim sustavima upravljanja te kontinuiranom unapređivanju, a zatim će se navesti objašnjenje norme i normizacije. Nakon toga će se opisati norme za koje poduzeće ispunjava uvjete i posjeduje certifikate: ISO 90001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSC, PEFC, ISEGA, EN plus HR 099. Na kraju rada će se govoriti općenito o dioničkom društvu „Drvenjača“ te o kvaliteti u njemu.
