Abstract
U ovom radu opisano je upravljanje kvalitetom u odabranom poduzeću i to kroz pojam i značaj kvalitete kao i kroz ostale temeljne pojmove vezane uz kvalitetu. Promatrano poduzeće tvornica vapna Intercal d.o.o. implementiralo je i posjeduje cerifikat o normi ISO 9001:2015 i normi ISO 14001:2015 što pokazuje i održava njihovu želju za stalnim poboljšanjima u pogledu rastućih zahtjeva za kvalitetom i zaštitom okoliša. Nadalje, na temelju Poslovnika upravljanja opisani su elementi pomoću kojih je detaljno prikazan način uspostavljanja sustava upravljanja kvalitetom kao i sustava za upravljanje okolišem u odabranom poduzeću, a koji na kraju vodi do proizvodnje kvalitetnog proizvoda i usluga, stvaranja povjerenja u proizvode, usluge i osoblje, kao i usklađenosti s normama, propisima i drugim kriterijima.
