Abstract
U ovom radu definiran je pojam poslovne inteligencije, istaknuta njena važnost u poslovanju te su navedeni alati poslovne inteligencije. Prikazane su razne mogućnosti alata za analizu podataka i izradu vizualizacija Tableau Desktop te je analiziran konkretan primjer turizma u europskim zemljama.Detaljno su objašnjeni koraci od same pripreme podataka, spajanja na izvor podataka do izrade same analize. Rezultati analize prikazani su pomoću grafičkih prikaza koje Tableau nudi.
