Abstract
U ovom specijalističkom završnom radu obrađuje se sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u Gradu Opatiji koji je usmjeren na osiguranje kvalitete života građana Grada Opatije slijedom načela održivoga razvoja. Kroz ovaj rad obradit će se strategija razvoja, misija, vizija i strateški ciljevi razvoja, SWOT matrice, strateški ciljevi, prioriteti i mjere, norme ISO 9001:2008 i ISO 9001:2015. Kroz katalog procesa pojasnit će se procesi i aktivnosti odjela, analizirat će se rizici, pojasniti interni auditi, postupci koji su nužni za nesukladnosti, popravne radnje, upravljanje dokumentiranim informacijama i upravina ocjena, kroz koju će se navesti upravljanje rizicima te politika i ciljevi kvalitete.
