Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je opis procesa razvoja novog proizvoda (softver) unutar manjeg IT poduzeća. Unutar rada prolazi se kroz osnove razvoja novog proizvoda i proces izrade novog proizvoda; kako se dolazi do ideje i koncepcije, pa do komercijalizacije. TakoĎer spominju se i osnove softverskog inţenjerstva i softverski proces, te njihove karakteristike i ciljevi. Prolazi se i kroz nekoliko modela razvoja softvera i ţivotni ciklus općenito. Glavni dio rada je primjer mogućeg pristupa razvoju softvera u IT poduzeću. U tom dijelu su opisane sve bitne faze kod uvoĎenja i razvoja novog proizvoda (softvera) od ideje do tehničke podrške.
