Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je višekriterijsko odlučivanje unutar kojeg sudjeluje više sudionika. Cilj ovog rada je detaljna analiza alata Paramount Decisions kroz praktični primjer. U samom početku je opisan pojam višekriterijskog odlučivanja te korištenje višekriterijskih metoda u poslovnom odlučivanju i upravljanju. Nakon toga slijedi općeniti opis o alatu Paramount Decisions te implementacija samog alata. Svi koraci modeliranja višekriterijskog problema odlučivanja i analize su detaljno opisani te popraćeni slikama. Opisan je proces kreiranja projekta i definiranje odluke, unos potrebnih alternativa i njihovih faktora, određivanje prednosti alternativa i njihovo bodovanje, način definiranja cijene te završna odluka.
