Abstract
U ovom završnom radu razrađena je tematika upravljanja kvalitetom koja je u današnje vrijeme temelj poslovanja svake organizacije. Predmet istraživanja je tvrtka Gastro-Tim d.o.o. Pazin koja konkurira s vodećim proizvođačima ugostiteljske opreme u Hrvatskoj. Gastro-Tim je orijentiran kontinuiranom povećanju kvalitete proizvoda te unapređenju poslovnih procesa s primarnim ciljem zadovoljstva kupaca.
