Abstract
U ovome radu prikazat će se utjecaj stresa na radnika i njegova sigurnost tijekom obavljanja poslova te posljedice koje prekomjerni stres moţe izazvati. Zadatci završnog rada jesu: opisati stres na poslu, njegove moguće uzroke i posljedice te kako pokušati smanjiti stres na što niţu razinu, te provesti anketu o uzrocima stresa kod radnika. Istraţivanje je pokazalo da u Hrvatskoj zaposlenike najviše muĉi loša organizacija posla što onda rezultira preopterećenošću pojedinaca ili svih zaposlenika. Podatak da gotovo 2/3 zaposlenika smatra da nema zdravu ravnoteţu izmeĊu posla i privatnog ţivota te da je isto tako 2/3 zaposlenika nakon posla previše umorno za bilo kakve aktivnosti je poraţavajući. Zaposlenici su s pozitivne strane uglavnom zadovoljni radnim prostorom i radnim uvjetima u Hrvatskoj.
