Abstract
U ovom završnom radu provedeno je istraţivanje morfoloških karakteristika domaćih sorti Labinštine. Sam postupak istraţivanja podijeljen je na 3 dijela. U prvom dijelu obraĊena je tematika po pregledu literature, drugi dio odnosi se na terenska istraţivanja i usmenu predaju s starijim ljudima koji su pomogli u zapisu podataka iz povijesti o tradicijskim odnosima oko maslinarstva tog kraja oko uzgoja, sortimenta i naĉina prerade iz prošlosti, te u trećem dijelu ovoga rada provedeno je uzorkovanje sakupljenih uzoraka s terena i morfološka deskripcija domaćih sorti maslina na temelju karakteristika lista, ploda i koštica. Na kraju rada prema dobivenim rezultatima istraţivanja po meĊunarodnoj metodi za morfološku deskripciju IOC (International olive council) napravljeni su morfološki profili uzorkovanih stabala maslina.
