Abstract
Ovim radom prikazati će se državna cesta D 403, čija je aktivna izgradnja započela 2021. godine. Državna cesta D 403 direktno će spojiti riječku zaobilaznicu sa lukom Rijeka, odnosno sa Zagrebačkom obalom. Izgradnjom državne ceste DC 403 izbjeći će se kolizija teških teretnih vozila i lokalnog prometa koja nepovoljno utječe na razinu prometne usluge i sigurnost sudionika u prometu u Riječkom prometnom čvoru. Završetak radova i početak prometovanja cestom planiran je u 2023. godini.
