Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je detaljnije prikazati koji se poslovi obavljaju unutar ovlaštenih ustanova, koji su uvjeti potrebni da bi se došlo do ovlaštenja te ulogu stručnjaka zaštite na radu u ovlaštenoj ustanovi. Ovlaštene ustanove stvorene su s ciljem da pomognu tvrtkama i poslodavcima oko zakonske regulative povezane sa zaštitom na radu. Iako je primarni posao ovlaštenih ustanova zaštita na radu, ovlaštena ustanova bavi se i tehničkim ispitivanjima i nizom drugim ispitivanja za koja su potrebni stručnjaci iz područja strojarstva, elektrotehnike i kemije. Polaganjem stručnog ispita iz zaštite na radu (opći i posebni dio) te polaganjem ispita za djelatnika zaštite od požara, a pri tome završen fakultet strojarstva, elektrotehnike ili kemije omogućuje obavljanje poslova zaštite na radu te dobivanje statusa stručnjaka zaštite na radu bilo kome tko ima te uvjete. Ovlaštene ustanove imaju cilj skupiti što više tvrtki za koje će obavljati poslove zaštite na radu te poslove tehničkih ispitivanja jer se cjelokupan profit bazira na poslovnim suradnjama.
