Abstract
U ovom radu dan je pregled razvoja današnjeg Hrvatskog autokluba, odnosno općenito prometa u Hrvatskoj. Naglasak je stavljen na sustav tehničke pomoći u Auto klubu Crikvenica gdje je data usporedba broja uspješnih intervencija u dvije uzastopne godine. U radu je obrađen i Informativni centar HAK-a koji u svakom trenutku i u svako doba dana daje najsvježije informacije o stanju na cestama te popratne informacije koje su vozaču potrebne prije, za vrijeme i nakon vožnje. Osim toga, opisani su sustavi koji služe za obavljanje poslova javne ovlasti koje su pod ingerencijom Hrvatskog autokluba.
