Abstract
Tema ovoga specijalističkog završnog rada je procesiranje teksta hotelskih recenzija hrvatskih hotela tijekom 2019. i 2021. godine. Dati će se pregled temeljne terminologije u domeni procesiranja teksta, Big Data, nestrukturiranih podatka te tamnih podataka. Također će se izraditi procesi za obradu prirodnog jezika te sentiment analize. Drugi dio rada bavi se konkretnim primjerom obrade teksta. Prikupljeni tekstualni podaci biti će obrađeni na tri različita načina alatom za rudarenje teksta. Prvi dio obrade teksta biti će traženje najčešćih riječi i bigrama. Sljedeći korak će biti izrada rječnika uz pomoć dobivenih riječi i bigrama. Zadnja obrada podataka uključivati će izradu modela strojnog učenja za klasificiranje teksta hotelske recenzije. Svi dobiveni rezultati biti će interpretirani i detaljno diskutirani.
