Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pod nazivom Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u Croatia osiguranju, pobliže ćemo se upoznati s kvalitetom, samim definicijama kvalitete, kvalitetom kao relativnom kategorijom, kontrolom kvalitete, načinom osiguravanja te upravljanja istom. Objasnit ćemo norme i normizaciju, razvoj normi za upravljanje kvalitetom bazirajući se na ISO standarde, njihovu povijest,članstvo, način rada te koristi od njihove primjene. Nadalje, objasnit ćemo poslovanje poduzeća Croatia osiguranja,... More njezinu povijest, misiju, viziju, strategiju za ostvarivanje postavljenih ciljeva, te njezine bitne vrijednosti. Prije same kvalitete, navest ćemo važnost zaposlenika koji predstavljaju ključ samog uspjeha bez kojih se kvaliteta Društva ne bi mogla ni ostvariti. Nakon toga, pojasnit ćemo politiku kvaliteta koje Društvo provodi, s obzirom na različite certifikate koje Društvo posjeduje. Posebno ćemo se orijentirati na ISO 9001:2008, uz prikaz certifikata Društva koji ćemo i detaljno pojasniti. Less
