Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisano je poslovanje malog trgovačkog društva na primjeru restorana u Vinkovcima. Naglasak se stavlja na poslovanje restorana, uzimajući u obzir sve prijetnje na koje poduzeće moje naići u poslovanju, a koje su analizirane PEST analizom. Također, u dogovoru s vlasnikom restorana predložene su i provedene određene promjene u poslovanju, te je opisano njihovo odražavanje na poslovanje restorana. Na kraju rada zaključena su glavna pitanja ovog završnog rada.
