Abstract
Kako bi mogli izvršiti analizu uspješnosti poslovanja nužno je koristiti se podacima iz financijskih izvještaja. Financijski izvještaji pružaju opširniji prikaz rezultata poslovanja i financijskog stanja. Iste je potrebno sastaviti i prikazati ih. Financijski izvještaji jesu bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanim tijekovima, izvještaj o promjenama u glavnici, bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Osnovni im je cilj da korisnicima daju bitne, stvarne i točne podatke o poslovanju poduzeća koji su relevantni mnoštvu korisnika i osobama koje donose donose odluke u poslovanju. Nastavno na navedeno banke primjerice neće dati poduzeću kredit ako isto nije likvidno, a ni dobavljači takvom poduzeću neće davati robu, materijal ili opremu na odgodu. Na temelju provedene analize financijskih izvještaja obrta Istradrvo ustanovljeno je da posluje sa dobitkom, što je jedan od pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja.
