Abstract
Promet ima značajnu ulogu u gospodarskom razvoju nekog područja. Između ostalog, omogućava prijevoz dobara i mobilnost ljudi. Važnu ulogu ima u turizmu jer spaja ponudu i potražnju na turističkom tržištu. Cilj ovog završnog rada je primijeniti metode deskriptivne statistike u analizi strukture putnika na primjeru graničnog prijelaza Rupa. U radu su analizirani podaci o ulazu i izlazu putnika u razdoblju od 2014. do 2020. godine. Rezultati pokazuju najveći rast ulazaka i izlazaka u 2015. godini i to za 20% u odnosu na godinu ranije, a najveći pad u u 2020. godini za – 58% i to najviše zbog pandemije koronavirusa koja je uvela određena ograničenja kretanja. Također, najveći broj kontroliranih osoba u 2019. i 2020. godini čine muškarci, oko 67 %, dok najmanji broj kontroliranih osoba čine djeca oko 4 %.
