Abstract
Poslovna etika danas predstavlja nezamjenjiv dio dobre poslovne prakse. Važna je za ostvarenje kratkoročnih i dugoročnih ciljeva poduzeća te za postizanje poslovne uspješnosti. Uspješne organizacije ne odvajaju etičnost od profitabilnosti već ih uspješno usklađuju u svom poslovanju. Etično poslovno upravljanje temelji se na donošenju etičnih odluka koje su u skladu s pojedincem, organizacijom, ali i društvom u cjelini. Suvremeni koncept upravljanja poslovnom etikom uključuje društvenu odgovornost poduzeća koja ima za cilj postizanje javnog dobra i društvene koristi.
