Abstract
Vatrogasne ekipe su prve koje izlaze na saniranje različitih vrsta nesreća (požari, nesreće i tehnološke havarije), te nije dovoljno da su vatrogasne postrojbe opremljene kvalitetnom tehnikom. Razvoj vatrogasne tehnike, a samim tim i aparata za zaštitu organa za disanje, mora ići u korak sa razvojem cjelokupnog svijeta, da bi se vatrogasci mogli ravnopravno suočavati sa zadaćama, koje im se nameću, i rješavati ih u korist dobrobiti cijelog društva potreban je pravilan odabir efikasne i adekvatne zaštitne opreme i sprava.
