Abstract
U ovom radu približit ću mogućnost uzgoja i prerade jestivog cvijeća. Sa željom i idejom za vlastitim pokretanjem uzgoja jestivog cvijeća, prijavila sam se na ERASMUS+ program kako bih se upoznala sa osnovama i proširila znanje. Izbor je pao na Španjolsku pokrainu Aragon u gradu Zaragozi. Tamo sam u proljeće 2020. godine provela 2 mjeseca stječući znanje kroz praksu i teoretsku nadogradnju u trvrtki Innoflower radeći sa agronomicom dipl. ing. agr. Sonia Lopez i vlasnicom tvrtke dipl. ing. agr. Laura Carrera García. Radila sam u plastenicima i pratećim prostorima za obradu cvijeća. Sudjelovala sam u procesima berbe jestivog cvijeća, njegovog skladištenja, tehnološke obrade (kristalizacija), pakiranja i distribucije.
