Abstract
U uvjetima dinamičnog i nepredvidivog tržišta, osobna prodaja predstavlja najefikasniju metodu prodaje i fokus je svake tvrtke koja želi uspješno poslovati, biti konkurentna i opstati na tržištu. U radu je stavljen naglasak na tvrtku Lanac namještaja i opreme gdje je od posebne važnosti osobna prodaja i osobni razvoj. U tvrtci Lanac namještaja i opreme, osobna prodaja predstavlja poseban vid prodaje, koji se sastoji od skupa znanja, aktivnosti, vještina i sposobnosti kojima se postiže prodaja bez posrednika. Dinamičnost tržišta, svakodnevne promjene i sve jača konkurencija, tjeraju prodavače tvrtke Lanac namještaja i opreme ka kontinuiranom coachingu, izvrsnom poznavanju prodajnih proizvoda, poznavanju uvjeta tržišta ali i radu na sebi kako bi putem osobnog razvoja unaprijedili vlastite prodaje vještine i time utjecali na profitabilnost tvrtke.
