Abstract
U ovom radu prikazati će se razlike e-poslovanja i e-trgovine, osnovne smjernice za izradu web trgovine, analiza grafičkih sučelja u dizajniranju web trgovine, sustavi za upravljanje sadržajem i sustavi za upravljanje poslovnim procesima. Kroz rad će ujedno biti prikazane prakse najuspješnijih trgovina današnjice, te analiza uspješnosti kroz godišnje prihode, dobitnici nagrada za najbolje web trgovine u hrvatskoj, a u posljednjem dijelu ovog rada usvojene će smjernice biti ugrađene u prototip web trgovine „Beauty shop Impression“ koju je izradio autor.
