Abstract
Primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja danas je sve popularnija i postala je ustaljenom praksom u razvijenom svijetu, prvenstveno zato što se pokazalo kako od ovakve prakse imaju koristi svi uključeni. Društveno-odgovorno poslovanje neophodno je provoditi u svim oblicima poslovanja, te stoga možemo reći da se društveno odgovorno poslovanje javilo kao trend koji se proširio cijelim svijetom pa tako i kod nas. Implementiranje DOP-a postaje sve značajniji element u postizanju konkurentnosti i efikasnog poslovanja suvremenih tvrtki. Većina potrošaća više će vjerovati kompanijama za koje znaju da su društveno odgovorne jer tim načinom ponašanja doprinose društvu. U ovom diplomskom radu pokušat će se utvrditi koliku ulogu imaju hrvatske drogerije na društveno odgovorno poslovanje te će biti dana komparativna analiza drogerija kao što su : DM drogerie markt, Bipa d.o.o. i Muller Hrvatska.
