Abstract
Poduzetništvo ima veliki značaj za gospodarstvo. Poduzetništvo podrazumijeva ulaganje kapitala jednog ili više pojedinca uz preuzimanje rizika zbog ulaska u poslovni pothvat s određenim ciljevima. To je način u kojem poduzetnik odlučuje što, kako i za koga stvoriti, te realizirati na tržištu svoju ideju s ciljem ostvarivanja profita. Poduzetništvo je temelj razvoja boljeg društva, zahtjeva znanje, istraživanje, hrabrost i vještine. Kuća za odmor Casa Bella smještena je u malenom selu Bukori, kraj Vižinade. U ovom završnom radu biti će prikazane projekcije računa dobiti i gubitka, ekonomskog i financijskog toga. Također, biti će ispitani ispitanici o tome smatraju li ulaganje u kuću za odmor isplativim, te će biti navedeno njihovo mišljenje i stajalište o Casi Bella.
