Abstract
Prilikom donošenja odluka vaţnih za poslovanje nekog poduzeća, te prilikom odabira novog poslovnog partnera menadţeri poduzeća moraju biti upoznati sa poslovanjem tog istog poduzeća. Najlakši i najsigurniji naĉin upoznavanja sa poslovanjem nekog poduzeća je prouĉavajući financijske izvještaje, informacije o poduzeću dostupne na Fini te trgovaĉkom sudu. Analiza financijskih izvještaja sastoji se od primjena i izraĉuna raznih financijskih pokazatelja uz pomoć kojih se dolazi do podataka o poslovanju poduzeća, njegovom bonitetu, sigurnosti ulaganja i sposobnosti podmirivanja obveza. Financijski izvještaji predstavljaju formalni pregled financijskih aktivnosti poduzeća koja su obveznici financijskog izvještavanja na kraju poslovne godine. Analizom financijskih izvještaja Jadrolinije d.d. dolazi se do podataka bitnih za buduće poslovne partnere, te o tome da se radi o društvu s posebnom pravnom osobnošću, 100%-tnog vlasništva Republike Hrvatske te uravnoteţeno funkcionira zadovoljavajući primarno zahtjeve javnog interesa, a sekundarno zahtjeve profitabilnosti društva kapitala.
