Abstract
U radu je objašnjena važnost provođenja zaštite na radu, opisane su najvažnije mjere zaštite na radu, glavne obveze poslodavca te prava i obveze radnika. Postavlja se pitanje sigurnosti i zaštite na radu s obzirom na opasnosti, štetnosti i napore koji se javljaju na radnom mjestu konobara. Nakon što su utvrđene sve najveće opasnosti, štetnosti i napori koji se mogu javiti na tome radnom mjestu, provedena je analiza te su ponuđena rješenja i mjere kojima se rizik od utvrđenih opasnosti, štetnosti i napora može svesti na najmanju moguću mjeru.
