Abstract
Organizacija kao socijalni sustav predstavlja „društvo u malom“. Tako se ona mora znati i sagledati sa gledišta uspješnog savladavanja izazova koje poslovno okruženje donosi sa sobom. Predmet ovoga rada je motivacija zaposlenika u profesiji prodaje. U skladu sa predmetom rada, oblikovani su svrha i osnovni cilj rada. Tako je svrha rada doprinijeti razumijevanju problematike motivacije u teškim uvjetima rada prodavača u velikim kolektivima. Osnovi cilj rada je istražiti motivaciju zaposlenika u prodaji, te druge relevantne značajke koje utječu na rad u kolektivu prodaje, kao što su percepcija radnog mjesta i okoline i strategije nagrađivanja. Ljudi su kao resurs najvažniji za realizaciju ciljeva poduzeća, te je prepoznavanje njih kao takvih dovelo do potrebe da se pobliže znanstveno istražuju i proučavaju čimbenici koji dovode do zadovoljnog radnika, što u konačnici rezultira uspješnom poslovanju poduzeća.
