Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je analizirati koliko je online trgovina zastupljena u Hrvatskoj. Odabrane su četiri web- trgovine sa obućom koje se uspoređuju po parametrima koji su odabrani. To su Shooster, Planet obuća, DOBRA mačka i Roberto obuća. Odabir baš tih trgovina je zbog toga što su one jedne od najpoznatijih u Hrvatskoj. Web- trgovine se prvo uspoređuju zasebno, nakon toga se analiziraju skupa, te se dolazi do razlika između njih međusobno. Također je provedeno istraživanje o iskustvu u online kupovanju među stanovnicima PGŽ.
