Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su dimenzije organizacije. U prvom dijelu rada detaljno su teorijski opisane dimenzije organizacije kao ključni čimbenici koji određuju njezin izgled. U praktičnom dijelu rada opisane su dimenzije organizacije hotelskog poduzeća Sol Umag te je dana ocjena primijenjenog organizacijskog rješenja.
