Abstract	Analiza poslovanja poduzeća provodi se na temelju financijskih izvještaja. Na temelju provedene analize poslovanja KD Autotrolej donesena je ocjena boniteta. Vidljivo je da poduzeće ima problema sa likvidnošću i solventnošću. Postoji manjak vlastitih izvora financiranja i preveliki udio tuđih izvora financiranja što dovodi do nelikvidnosti i opasnosti od insolventnosti.
