Abstract
U radu je objašnjen pojam ergonomije i antropometrije. Prikazani su ergonomski zahtjevi ureda kroz uredsku opremu i radnu okolinu. Pažnja je posvećena konstrukciji opreme koju čovjek koristi u svom radu, a također i radnim uvjetima ureda. Predstavljen je problem nedovoljno ergonomski podržanog ureda, te je riješen planiranjem ureda uz primjenu ergonomskih pravila. Opisan je programski alat ArCon, te je njime prikazano rješenje ergonomski planiranog ureda.
