Abstract
U završnom radu napravljena je analiza sigurnosti cestovnog prometa na području općine Vrpolje. Općina Vrpolje nalazi se na istočnom dijelu Brodsko – posavske županije i sastoji se od tri naselja: Vrpolje, Čajkovci i Stari Perkovci te broji 3.521 stanovnika. Na temelju statističkih podataka o prometnim nesrećama, ustupljenih od Policijske uprave Brodsko – posavske, analizirane su prometne nesreće koje su se dogodile od 2012. godine do 2016. godine te su na temelju njih doneseni zaključci o razini sigurnosti cestovnog prometa na području općine Vrpolje. Također, u završnom radu analizirana je cestovna infrastruktura, njezini nedostaci, a na kraju završnog rada predložene su prometno – tehničke mjere za povećanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa na području općine Vrpolje.
