Abstract
Sve veća konkurencija na današnjem tržištu potiče ljude da ulažu u razvoj i primjenu suvremenih tehnologija i novog načina upravljanja aktivnostima unutar poduzeća. Informatička tehnologija uvelike olakšava takvim aktivnostima, smanjuje troškove i tjera ljude da ulažu u sebe i u svoje poduzeće. ARMS sustav, kao jedan od novijih sustava pridonosi lakšoj kontroli u upravljaju aktivnostima flote vozila, te olakšava rukovoditeljima u procjeni različitih parametara svojeg poslovanja. Temeljna svrha i cilj istraživanja bilo je utvrditi kako funkcionira upravljanje flotom vozila, koje koristi to donosi, te na konkretnom primjeru ARMS sustava opisati efektivnosti primjene. Metode koje su korištene u ovom radu su metoda analize, metoda sinteze i metoda klasifikacije.
