Abstract
U specijalističkom završnom radu obrađena je važnost utjecaja kvalitete na poslovanje poduzeća i sam uspjeh na tržištu. Rad opisuje povijest razvoja kvalitete te razvoj ISO standarda. Kvaliteta je veoma bitna za svako poduzeće iz razloga što mu osigurava bolji položaj na tržištu, a ovaj rad prikazuje sustave kvalitete u poduzeću Županijske ceste Split. Županijske ceste Split je poduzeće čija je osnovna djelatnost održavanje javnih cesta na području Splitsko – dalmatinske županije. U radu je prikazana misija i vizija tvrtke, ustroj tvrtke, poslovi održavanja cesta te certifikati koje poduzeće posjeduje. Tvrtka posjeduje certifikate ISO 9001- sustav upravljanja kvalitetom i ISO 14001 – sustav zaštite okoliša.
